Dear Retailer,
After completing your Gamefound pledge on the KeyForge: Æmber Skies campaign, you will need to fill out the form below (you will need your Gamefound Order ID).
For your store to be included among the KeyForge Home Base Bonus options, we need this form completed prior to the start of the Pledge Manager.

As part of your Retail Pledge Package, you will receive a number of decks customized to your store. This will require that you, in the form below, provide a name (such as the name of your store) which will be incorporated into the name of the deck, and your store logo. NOTE: submitted names are limited to 20 characters (including spaces)
ADDING YOUR STORE LOGO TO YOUR CUSTOM DECK
The form asks that you to upload a JPG or PNG file (transparent background is ideal) with your retail logo. The size needs to be exactly 200px tall by 500px wide. With this graphic, we will incorporate your logo into your custom decks.
If you do not provide an image conforming to the required specifications, we will provide you with custom decks that incorporates your name, but no logo.
